- Organizational Profile Data: Legal trust name, registration number, NITI Aayog Darpan ID, 12A/80G tax exemption certificates, FCRA status, official email, and phone numbers.
- Donor & Tax Receipt Data: Donor name, email address, phone number, contribution amount, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) captured exclusively for automated Form 10BE tax filing compliance.
- Lead & Service Inquiry Data: Contact details and project notes submitted via website lead forms, bespoke proposal requests, and equipment allocation forms.
3. How We Use Collected Data
Data collected on Glogonx is strictly utilized for:
- Vetting non-profit organization profiles and issuing pilot credentials.
- Generating automated 80G tax exemption receipts and WhatsApp/email receipts.
- Connecting trusts with matched CSR corporate funding opportunities (Notifie).
- Processing requested bespoke strategic services (e.g., documentary filmmaking, website building).
4. Absolute Prohibition on Selling Donor Data
Glogonx NEVER sells, rents, monetizes, or trades donor or non-profit contact databases to third-party advertisers or telemarketers.
Donor information belongs exclusively to the respective beneficiary non-profit organization.
5. Security & Encryption Standards
All data transmitted across Glogonx is secured using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive payment parameters are processed directly through PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay).
