1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Glogonx Non-Profit Operating System ("Glogonx", "Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an organization profile, accessing the NGO operating suite, or using our donor checkout and compliance tools, registered non-profit organizations ("NPOs", "Trusts", "Societies") and donors agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Zero Platform Donation Fee Policy
Glogonx operates on a 0% platform donation fee model for all verified charitable trusts and Section 8 companies holding active 12A and 80G registrations. 100% of donor contributions (net of standard bank/gateway processing fees charged directly by authorized payment aggregators like Razorpay or banks) are credited directly to the verified bank account of the beneficiary trust.
3. Organization Eligibility & Vetting
Access to automated 80G Form 10BE tax receipts, donor CRM tools, and fundraising checkout forms requires organizational verification. Registrations submitted via our onboarding desk are evaluated against:
- Valid Ministry of Finance 12A and 80G tax exemption certificates.
- NITI Aayog Darpan ID registration and trustee PAN documentation.
- Compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), where applicable.
Glogonx reserves the right to suspend or revoke platform access if an organization submits invalid, fraudulent, or revoked tax exemption credentials.
4. Automated 80G Tax Receipts (Form 10BE)
Glogonx provides automated generation of 80G tax exemption receipts for donors. The registered non-profit organization remains solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of its 80G registration number, legal entity name, and annual Form 10BE filings with the Income Tax Department of India.
5. Customised Strategic Services & Advisory
Specialized agency and advisory services (such as 4K Documentary Film Production, CSR Corporate Pitching, Dedicated Human Managers, and Website Development) are governed by specific service level agreements (SLAs) executed alongside software subscriptions.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
